Sprouts are perhaps the best possible addition to your bird's diet. Good job!

I use this range of foods and they are great. Definitely do a rinse though as you would any foods for your fids.

I'm in England, south coast. I will eventually make my own, so thanks for the links
They've come to me as seed addicts so for now it's probably easier to just buy them pre sprouted! At least I'm only wasting money and not time too! Lol.plumsmum2005

You can soak and sprout some of their seed mix, might help getting them converted.

You may have to chop the sprouts a little as for budgies they may be a bit too much.
