2 Yellow Blobby Budgie Birbs
I have no idea what sexes they are but I was told they are a hen and c ock bird

They are over a year old and the previous owner said neither birds ceres have changed color or grown crusty like a hen's cere will do when she is in breeding condition.

Can anyone tell me what sexes these birds might be?

And if you know the breed or type I'd love to know what they might be. I think they are a type of yellow green pied.

The dark spot on the cere is from a bump when the bird flew out of the cage and into a wall. :(

Hello, and welcome to the Parrot Forums family!

I'm no budgie expert, so I'm just giving this thread a little bump in the hopes it will be seen by one of our budgie gurus.

this advice is probably folklore but an individual once told me a flat head is male and a rounded head is female.....It's probably crap...but in that regard from your first picture I'd say male then female, left to right. Also....they are super cute.

I'm also bumping. And saying WELCOME!
I have also heard that flat head thing, and have found it to be true with Patagonian Conures, buttttttttttttt...
Dunno!
All I DO know is that I love budgies. If only the Rb would let me have a pair... or two, or three.
