Very cute...but if Cloudy is over 6 months old, cloudy is a he!!!

EDIT: Yeah, Cloudy is definitely a "he", I didn't look at his forehead before typing that, as I see now he's definitely over 6 months old...So yep, Cloudy is all man, lol..And a cute boy at that!

Sexing Budgies isn't as easy as people seem to think that it is, there are a lot of variables, like age for one...But lots of people get tripped-up on things like a totally bright blue cere with white rings around the nostrils (female), or when they stay all-pink like your guy (male)...They're tricky little buggers.

Pict is very visible... and they are cute!!

Ellen- information is always welcome, most people here are very stuck on the "blue for boys, pink for girls" method.

Beautifull birds you have
Thank you Amsterdam!!! Budgies take a lot of time to earn their trust, but sure is worth it. Last night Cloudy was singing when he put his head in the food dish, it made an echo suprised us both, he then sang with his head in the bowl for several minutes, such clowns!

Amy a Blue Front 'Zon
Jonesy a Goffins 'Too who had to be rehomed :-(

And a Normal Grey Cockatiel named BB who came home with me on 5/20/2016.
Budgies are the coolest little birdies! So full of life!! Entertaining and so smart! I love watching YouTube vids of them :D
"Singing in his food dish"..Amy mumbles into hers, then laughs at herself...then yells 'FOOD! FOOD!!!" I think she likes the echo too lol.
