[Solved!]Standing on one leg?

My (Golden capped) Parakeet oftentimes likes to stand on her Right Leg with her Left Leg lifted up, I assume for balancing purposes? Isn't her other leg getting tired because of this? (Note: She's 21 years old, inherited from my grandma after she moved houses.) I have noticed that she does this same thing right before she goes to sleep, which is kind of weird, because sleeping on one leg looks uncomfortable. Any experts out here willing to tell me what causes this type of behavior in parakeets?
Thanks!:01:

Sometimes it's to rest on foot or another.
I read that it can be a way to regulate temperature. A foot kept tucked up close to the body looses less heat and helps keep them warm.
Don't know if it's true but it does make sense.
