Re: Budgies of Nino

Budgie in the first link is blue, in the second i'm not sure. If (s)he is clearly white, is albino but seems to have some bright yellow feather - then can be "creamino" but I'm not sure if that's a correct name

Re: Budgies of Nino

@Rozalka white one is not albino as it's eyes are not red. As per my studies I think it's a Black eye clear body spangle. What u say?

Re: Budgies of Nino

You have an albino think can be albino even if not pink eyes, and sky blue?

Albino always has to have red eyes and be "clearly" white

Re: Budgies of Nino

@Rozalka yes..albinos and lutinos even creaminos are bound to have red eyes. But mine one is Black. I read somewhere that these mutations are called clear body spangles.what you say? And what about the other one? It's a normal sky blue mutation right?

Re: Budgies of Nino

Here are different combinations of clearbody with other mutations but none is simillar https://www.cutelittlebirdiesaviary....y-budgies.html

More probably can be double factor spangle https://www.cutelittlebirdiesaviary....r-budgies.html These white birds are blue DF spangle
Edit: I forgot - if this bird has some yellow bright feathers (like I had noticed before, or maybe just seems to have?), it can't be any blue mutation, eventually can be one of "parblue" mutation combination

Re: Budgies of Nino

Did you follow the link, gives great detail on mutation and genetic. I'm guessing you want to breed since your focus seem to be on color???

Re: Budgies of Nino

Anyone can tell me the mutations of these two? Bought from a breeder and they are paired.

Re: Budgies of Nino

Those budgies don't look the healthiest. I hope you will focus on their health before thinking of breeding.
