Welcome to the forums. I’ll let the experts help with identifying the budgie mutations. Very pretty birds.

Budgie in the first link is blue, in the second i'm not sure. If (s)he is clearly white, is albino but seems to have some bright yellow feather - then can be "creamino" but I'm not sure if that's a correct name

@Rozalka white one is not albino as it's eyes are not red. As per my studies I think it's a Black eye clear body spangle. What u say?

@Rozalka yes..albinos and lutinos even creaminos are bound to have red eyes. But mine one is Black. I read somewhere that these mutations are called clear body spangles.what you say? And what about the other one? It's a normal sky blue mutation right?

Here are different combinations of clearbody with other mutations but none is simillar https://www.cutelittlebirdiesaviary.com/texas-clearbody-budgies.html

More probably can be double factor spangle https://www.cutelittlebirdiesaviary.com/spangle-double-factor-budgies.html These white birds are blue DF spangle
Edit: I forgot - if this bird has some yellow bright feathers (like I had noticed before, or maybe just seems to have?), it can't be any blue mutation, eventually can be one of "parblue" mutation combination

Did you follow the link, gives great detail on mutation and genetic. I'm guessing you want to breed since your focus seem to be on color???

Those budgies don't look the healthiest. I hope you will focus on their health before thinking of breeding.
