Sunny the Sun Conure (sept '18, gotcha 3/'19). Mr Jefferson Budgie & Mrs Calliope Budgie (albino) (nov'18 & jan'19). Summer 2021 Baby Budgies: Riker (Green); Patchouli, Keye, & Tiny (blue greywings).
So Sunny decided to climb the wrong magic ladder. Instead of giving her a lift to her own cage, as I normally would, I told her to climb back down and go to her own ladder.

Well that was too much hard work for Sunny so instead she climbed on up the budgies ladder into their cage, and explored for a while.

Eventually, I said okay, and moved Sunny back to her own cage. But decided, turn about, the budgies can come visit Sunny.

Ever since I got the budgies, they adamantly REFUSE to eat pellets. We have Harrison's superfine, they reject them. I've tried every conversion method, but they will not be tricked. (Also, most budgie seed mixes contain some types of pellets; they treat them as non-edible garnishments.)

However, Sunny likes the pellets just fine. I keep a small bowl of Harrison's superfine in her cage, and she seems to think of them as a crunchy snack-food, like Doritos.

So. My picky picky little budgies come to visit Sunny's cage, and what do they do? Head straight for her pellets!! Since I KNOW they don't like them, it's clear. Its only because they are hers. They are just being little Brats!

Today they have TWO broccolis clipped inside their cage. TWO broccolis. Each budgie is determined to stand on, and defend ONE broccoli whilst reaching over to Eat from the OTHER.

Can they not see the problem here?

It's because of my other birds that my budgies eat everything lol
They are able to crunch large pellets too, and yep any pellets in their cage are radio active.
I hand feed my birds random stuff , veggies, pellets, scrambled eggs ECT and now my Cloudy comes up gets in line for the hand feeding so cute!
