I want to place another order for a few other things, but it's pretty much ready to go.

I tried to leave some open space, and not cram it full of toys like my Pionus's cage. I've never owned a larger bird, so it will be a learning experience. I just imagined that being a larger bird I should leave more open space. What are your opinions on this?

1st 2 pictures are the Amazon's cage. The last 2 are my Pionus's cage.

Great Cage:) It looks like you have it set out just perfect! Maybe add a boing as well, they seem to love them! :) Amazons like lots of foot toys as well! I have a large Bowl in Codie's Cage with all different kinds of Foot Toys.

Looks great I like to put some toys in and save some for when they get bored. So my birds have their own toy box now. Lol.

What's that toy along the left hand side of the cage in the first picture? I looks awesome! Only thing I can see is that you may want to take out the dowel rods and get some natural wood perches instead. :)

Looks great, but correct me if I'm wrong. Don't amazons have good sized beaks, that cage you have has very thin bars(I have it for my Gcc) and an amazon could snap them right off, I have even seen sun conures snap those bars.

Rio mom....thanks for the suggestion. I kept the dowel perches for just the bottom. I have a rope perch, pedicure perch, and a natural thick perch for the upper perches.

Cdog, I questioned the same but was told by a person who owns an amazon that this cage is fine and he had no issues with it breaking bars.

Our Zon's are in a cage very similar to that, we have had no issues with the bars at all, however, the GW's decided that it didn't need latches & snapped them off the Zon's cage

The Zon's are probably less that half the size of the GW's and don't have near the beak strength. Also, 1 of the GW's is much more destructive than the other. When we replace the Zon cage we have now I plan on getting one identical to that one. Nice cage Missy :)

Do you have a link to what that big toy is on the left side of the cage?
