Just wondering where everyone actually bought their cages from? There's no dedicated bird store in my town, so I'm mainly looking online right now, but I hate buying without being able to see/feel! Plus the shipping! ::faints:: anyways, just wondering others' experiences (good) with various web stores. Thanks!

Ps- the nearest large city to me is Sacramento CA, anyone know if there just happens to be an awesome bird store in that area? Could be worth a day to drive there and back...

For what it's worth, I'm looking for a gcc... I've been leaning towards an hq flight or dometop.

Thanks!

I know exactly how you feel. I lived in the Sacramento area and there is a dedicated store to birds on Auburn Boulevard. It's called The Birdstore.
They do have a website so you can find directions and a phone number.
My suggestion is to start there so you can see what they have available. Not knowing what your time frame is, my other suggestion is see if there are any bird fairs that are close enough for you to attend. Google bird fairs. There are usually vendors from all over that offer a large variety of cages and the prices are much better than what you can find retail, even MSRP.

Once you have found something you like, you can even check e-bay. I have found deals there too.
