OK, here's my strategy: Chunks off with Poop-Off, spray the bottom with Pet Focus to let it air dry. Wet a rag with Pet Focus and wipe down bars, going over frequently-mouthed areas several times.
Is this good enough? Pet Focus says the surface needs to stay wet for 10 minutes to disinfect. But how am I supposed to keep tiny bars wet for 10 minutes? My bird is relatively neat and nothing gets on the bars anyway.
