Lovebird easily breaks out of cage

We got this as a travel cage. Hardly took her any time at all.

IMO: do not get a cage where the doors just slide up.

When I use a cage with sliding "guillotine" doors, I use twist ties to secure them. The birds chew on the ties instead of lifting the doors.

Cute lovebird ya got there and no dummy either!! ; ) I would also reccomend twist ties or even plastic zip ties.

2 Indian Ringnecks, Tiki (DH's) and Pippin (mine), 1 lovebird, Gemma (DD's) and 1 in birdy Heaven... RIP, Wilbur.
We use metal clips for Gemma's sleep cage.
