I am looking to get a larger cage for Ki, my Senegal. He is in the small Preview Hendryx Royalty now, basically 18x18x32. I really like THIS cage, but wonder if it is large enough. I want to outfit the cage with [ame="http://www.youtube.com/watch?feature=player_detailpage&v=Ely46ljlH2U"]euc branches[/ame], <(cool vid of Blue & Golds munching on Euc) cork slab walkways, and make it more of a nature environment.
Ki gets to be out a LOT, and he lives in an artist loft with 16' ceilings. He is flighted, and gets to fly over to his bottlebrush playstand,
or with me on my shoulder, or at his eating shelf over the sink....so, this bird has a lot of freedom, and has since he was a baby. I've been looking at all the typical Kings cages, and the Preview line, as well as Avian Adventures, I've seen the dome-tops, the play-tops, the flight cages....and none of them seem to fit for him. He's pretty fearless, happy and well-adjusted, so I don't think he'd freak out over being able to see through the front door.Thoughts on this cage? I think I would place it on a low table, about 1-2 feet off the ground.

The cage I originally wanted for him is the Kings LUX-3228 (32x28), but this website is out, and the 1627 is too small & I dont like the other one. picky, picky, picky....lol
By the way, thanks to this forum, I found Euc branches here!
