You could email the company to see if they offer one with the bar spacing you require.
Sadly, most of the really large cages have 1" spacing.

Replied in a different thread.....

I put together a lot of links for various sized larger cages for smaller birds in two threads.

I'm afraid though that I am not aware of any double macaw sized cages suitable for a small species. That said, I have seen people keep their sun conures in double macaw cages without issues. I can't tell you it's safe, but people have done it.

If you go REALLY big, then it is just like an aviary. In that case, like the walk-in aviary aether-drifter mentioned, I'd put a portion of the cage/aviary as his "bedroom" with a "bed perch", and draping larger toys around for seclusion and privacy. His own room within the cage.

I say this because even though you'll hear "the bigger the better", it's true to a point, but if the whole extra large space is pretty much wide open, he could end up feeling a bit insecure. A more secluded "cozy bedroom spot" would be nice.

Also keep in mind, while it would be nice for any species, you'll find the Poicephalus are more sedate and may not even use half the space, while an active species like a conure might use every inch.

Like Monica said, the bar spacing is too big on the extra large cages. I'd check out the walk in aviary with 1/2" bar spacing if you want to go the XL route.
