A few weeks ago when I organized Kiwi's box of toys, I found a couple rope perches I didn't know we had:) After I washed Kiwi's cage this afternoon, I decided to strip it out and do a new layout with the rope perches. It's like a "parrot-dise" jungle in there!:D

Isn't it great when you forget you have stuff?? Like a surprise from the past you! Lol. It's always fun re-doing cages. Kiwi sure looks like he's loving it. What a happy boy. :)

Edit: so he really loves plastic toys doesn't he? I never had many plastic toys, most of mine are wooden or shredders. I might have to look into some baby links and other stuff to add some color to their cages. :)

@Sterling- Kiwi barely touches wood toys, but he goes nuts over plastic. That's why I use it a lot. He's not a big chewer/shredder, but he likes beaking things. Since many of the toy parts can be reused for years and I buy all of them at thrift stores or garage sales, it's super cheap to keep him occupied:)

And a note, he seems to love the new layout. He really seems fond of rope perches. I still have no idea where they came from, as they appear pretty much brand-new, but I'm glad I rediscovered them. These may have been lurking around going back to his first cage....

Wow, April, the new set up looks awesome! I love that perch that has 2 branches going off in opposite directions.
