My fiance and I went on date night yesterday and while we were out I went to pick up crickets for my tarantula.

Petco had this huge cage for just $300 and we just couldn't resist. The hq flight cage was used and missing the catch tray so never meant to be permanent. We got home and set up the new cage and it is HUGE! It had a picture of an african grey in it but the .5 inch bar spacing is still appropiate for my little green cheek baby.

The only complaint I have is the 6 inches of wasted space under the grate above the tray. It just seems poorly desighned to leave that space unuseable... but he took to the cage right away and I love how big it is! 30x30x42 You can see him at the bottom next to his bowls.

Very nice cage, lucky little guy. I think the six inches between the tray and grate are to keep parrots from dumpster diving. Most parrot feet can't reach that far. :)
Have fun with Pumpkin.
