I want to move my big cages into another room and get them out of the main family room. The idea is to have my birds out with me when I'm home BUT realistically I know that sometimes my birds are going to have to be in cages when I am home. Does any one have ideas for smaller cages for the birds to reside in when necessary? Just something with a perch and a couple of small bowls. Not to be used every night but in case my small grandson comes over or I'm sick but I still want my fids near me and watching tv.
I was thinking small cat/dog carriers and stacking them and that may be the way to go...so then I could use them as their carriers as well.
Anyway...I'm looking for some ideas. Honestly, I don't plan on using them that often but I want another option than only being able to put them in their cages in the other room.
