Which cage?

My GCC is in need of an upgrade! Right now he is in this

On the small side I know, but I wanted something smaller until he became used to me... He's good tons of toys and interactive foraging to keep busy when I'm not there. But other than jealous tantrums he's been improving... So he's earned an upgrade

These are the 2 I'm looking at. Don't want to spend too much because I'm hoping to introduce him and the Sun together later. But both have good space. I wanted one with a play top but the spacing was to big :/

Flight Cage White Only 30 5"WX61"HX18 5"D AV3018 | eBay

Both are 1/2in bar spacing. I have one almost exactly like the white one for the baby.

What do you think?? Pro and con??

Of the two you listed, I like this one better, but that's because I don't like white cages. They reflect too much light which makes it less pleasant (IMO) to look at the bird in it.
On another note, you said the cage you like with a play top has bar spacing that is too wide. If the spacing is 3/4" that is not too wide for a a gcc or any small conure.
