I see that a lot searching for Toys / cages for my Macaw. Really irritating when you see perch advertised for a Macaw that is 6 inches long and 1/4 round

or smaller

Ha ha he looks a shade smaller in size actually to the Jenday... I'll have one of those mini macaws please but I think Id give him a bigger cage...small as he is I think the cage is still too small ha ha ...nice new species you discovered there

This is a huge pet peeve of mine. I hate when people advertise toys and cages with stock bird photos. They always show up and are parrotlet sized.

Right??? I mean I can understand if a grade 4 student was doing a project and made a mistake like this, but if you sell this product you should at least appear to have a clue what you are selling. I'm going to shrink down a blue whale in order to sell fish tanks!

They never thought you'd notice lol. Actually I bet the person who photoshopped that wasn't necessarily a bird person anyway. Just did whatever to put a bird pic there. I never knew a Blue and Gold (or a Jenday for that matter) could fit into a "parakeet cage"! Too small for my budgie

That is hysterical! I love how much space the mac has even with his wings spread...and those bars, I'm quite sure those would last with a big beak in there. Scary thing is that I am sure some people have bought these thinking they are huge.
