Hello!! Was there a reason you were wanting to downsize? Do you think her current cage is too big? As far as I know, it's better to give parrots as big a cage as possible, unless you are worried about the bar diameter, in which case, the first and second links you posted to amazon cages look awesome!

I can't see these very well on my tablet, but from what I can tell...the first three cages don't seem well constructed. The door lock, for example, looks like it's not well attached. Some of the latches seem flimsy. Pebble textured paint will be hard to clean. What bothers me most is the food doors. They don't seem sturdy and it looks like a smart parrot could figure out how to open them.

The bottom two look better, of course they are the most expensive. We've bought two of the Kings cages and I vouch for the quality without reservation. The solid food doors are much sturdier and hold the food bowls securely and swing open easily. The tall door is good and the latch very secure.

I advise looking carefully at each image. Look the the door latches, the screws that hold them on, the construction of the food doors and hinges , details of the paint. At least one latch is held on by puny unpainted screws and isn't even put on straight. Verify that the food doors are where you need them, I think at least one cage had them only on one side, and depending where you put the cage might not be convenient.

They all seem a little on the small side for an amazon, even a little 'zon. If for some unimaginable reason you had a larger zon some day, you might wish you'd got a bigger cage instead of having to buy another one. The kings cages are frightfully expensive but the quality is superb and they should last as long as you do.

I have seen these for sale used now and then, and a used King cage might be better than a new cheap one. Have fun shopping! Maybe others have one of the other brands and can offer good advice,
