In my parents house
Parrots
A cockatiel, a bourke, and three budgies
So I've been looking at bigger cages than what I already have. I found a really nice one, but the bar spacing is 0.79 inches. Would my any of my birds be able to stick their head through that space? I would think Elvis my tiel would be a bit big, but he might get stuck. Jordan isn't getting a new cage, but my Budgies should be separated from Elvis.
I have until June to get a new cage (That is when they come back home), so I have time to find other cages, and stuff. I would also like to find an aviary, one that I could leave outside during the winter (The birds would be inside the house, not in the aviary.) I don't think it would be wise for me to get an aviary though, as the winters are harsh, and I'd have to put a tarp over it if I leave it out during the winter.
So will Elvis or my budgies get stuck in 0.79 inch spacing?
And, is there an aviary I could leave out during winter?
