1 BFA- Kiwi. Hatch circa 98', forever home with us Dec. 08'
I don't have this specific cage, but we do have a white cage and I recommend white as a cage color. It is easy to see food, poo etc... that has gotten on the cage bars when cleaning and the white color makes it seem more "open" and "airy" (Kiwi previously had a black cage).

Levi has a dome not as big as the one your considering. But we are good with it. Levi loves his cage.
He also has a white cage in our bedroom & I agree with kiwibird, you see everything. I have to clean that one more frequently than his primary cage.

Presently have six Greenwing Macaw (17 yo), Red Fronted Macaw (12 yo), Red Lored Amazon (17 y.o.), Lilac Crowned Amazon (about 43 y.o.) and a Congo African Grey (11 y.o.)
Panama Amazon (1 Y.O.)
I don't have that particular cage, but I've had Avian Adventures cages in the past. They are good. And that's a good size for a greenwing.

Just a warning...sometimes you will be closing the dome top with the parrot in the cage and the parrot will dart up or lunge, and you drop the top in surprise. Luckily the time I dropped it the side I dropped was opposite the jailbreaker so he did not get smashed, but birds have been killed by these tops. I prefer the flat ones, they can sit up there if they want, they just have to climb through the door instead of up through the open top. My two cents is all.

They do not open up on top, the large dome cages do not open on top.

Just worried now if the the bars on this cage that go through the ribs could trap dirt or moisture and the powder coat surface at that intersection so thin it could cause rust and then pealing paint later :(
