Possibly getting a white bellied Caique?

Hello! I am planning on getting a white bellied caique. I know they are really playful birds. What kind of behavior do they have? Are they generally loud? I know any bird is loud and it depends on the bird, but what are they for the most part. Thanks!

My sister has FOUR, and I adore them! I was going to get a baby from her last summer but it didn't work out, only one egg hatched and she decided to keep it. They aren't loud during general play, but early in the AM they very loudly "sing the sun up", after that you are good, lol.
They are very playful, fun birdies and I ADORE them. Doodlebug sits on my shoulder whenever I visit and plays with my hair, she loves to hide in long hair. She will climb down the side of the cage like like she's in Mission Impossible, and get on the floor and chase the dog's toys around. Give her a jingle ball and she lays on the table and kicks it with her feet, like she's wrestling with it.
In fact, I have a couple of videos of her goofiness, I'll link them. You will totally fall in love!!

The small white cage is her travel cage, she was visiting with "grandma" for the day, lol.

Thank you so much for sharing Misty Water! You were really able to capture how great they are [like her travel cage].I have 2 blk headed and I find with us their such a great family bird [goes to everyone] They were loud with their morning and night calls when they were babies. Now I find their big buggers with a pen or pencil if they find one look out they insist its theirs and thats that
