hi everyone thank you so much for the great replies on my question. i do have some more though. See my family is only in Australia for a year and we are going back home later to illinois. i just need some people to tell me of any good breeders for bhc in illinios also good foot toys because i know the caiques LOVE foot toys (whenthey can destruct them lol) thanks so much everyone and thanks agqin for all the replies i got

Have you thought about HOW you will bring a Caique into the US? You said you'll only be in Australia for a year, yes?

I obviously had an 'a duh' moment, LOL.

Well in that case you'll have plenty of breeders to choose from.

Check out www.birdbreeders.com From there you can do a search by state/by bird, etc.

As for a link for good foot toys, check out www.mysafebirdstore.com They have a phenomenal selection.
