It's amazing how a tissue can be more fun than all his toys combined.
He was so absorbed in the tissue that he fell off my lap. Lucky i caught him.

Caique's are such goofy little things

a couple years ago Amy and I were at our local pet shop just looking around. They had a big table that had sides all around it maybe 8 inches high or so. On the table were four or five very young Caiques playing around and chattering.
I lowered my hand down to the table,and one little guy jumped right on my hand,and as he was "running" up and down my hand,he had his face planted firmly on my palm,just running back and forth. I scritched his head and he rolled over on his back squeeling in delight. He ALMOST came home with us that day

( but not for $500!

They’re crazy expensive. I came close to buying a green cheek but when I saw this little guy just staring at me I just could not help but convince my partner we needed a more expensive bird. Lucky for me I won out. Lol

I literally melt every time I play, feed or watch this little guy. He could be flicking mashed Vegetable at my face (as he usually does) and I will have rose coloured glasses on gawking at him.

There is never a dull day in my house thanks to Charlie.
