Hi,
My wife and I will be getting a BH caique after having a Nanday conure and blue-head pionus, and would like suggestions for daily diets and treats (for training). We know that caiques have different dietary requirements than our conure and pionus. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. We've looked online, and have seen so many ideas (many of which contradict each other), and are a bit confused.
Thank you in advance for any suggestions.

The Rickeybird, 38-year-old Patagonian Conure
My bird LOVEZSZSSZSS peppers...

Peppers are a great source of vitamins AND they're easy to offer.
Common wisdom is that parrots have such poor taste and smell that hot peppers really excite and stimulate them. And they're very healthy (lots of good green and great nutrents)! So I give the Rickeybird lots! The only downside... when he eats a pepper, then preens, then wants to cudddle, it's a very incendiary experience.
I buy several kinds...
Poblanos, to stuff the end between the bars tightly (above a perch) so the Rbird can nibble at his leisure.
Jalapenos and Serranos, to toss into the cage's snack-bowl, to trick him into entering so I can shut the door. There's no such thing as a chile that isn't good for them. If he absolutely does NOT want to go back into his cage, a big fat Anaheim will always do the trick.
I posted a video of the bird eating one in the thread about beak flavors, and you can hear me sneezing!

Welcome. I'm glad you're here. Good for you, for reaching out.

Does the RB still fall for the pepper trick every night and then you shut the door? If so that's unbelievable.

As for the Conure and Pionus I'd suggest pine nuts for a treat or about 1/4 a pine nut for training. No idea about the Caique.

Thank you for your response. It's great to have a place where we can find information to help us get ready for our new addition.

From what I gather, caique diet is quite similar to eclectus. So if you find any eclectus chop mixes, they too would be suitable. That suggested link from caiquewalk looks great!
