Im kind of excited too even though its not mine. Its a lutino pied.We have to drive 2 hours one way to pick him up, not looking forward to being in the car for 4 hours. But it was the only breeder with hand fed babies.
I will post some pics soon.

I bet you're both so excited! I have to do that kind of drive just to see a pancreatic special-ist. It's expensive and annoying to do that several times a year.

It is a pain.My hubby sees a kidney dr several times a year and we have to drive an hour and a half one way.But we always make a day out of it and go out to eat and maybe stop by Petsmart(we dont have one any closer).

I did grow up in Cleveland, so I always stop by the house of my oldest, dearest friend. We go to lunch and she usually goes to my appointment with me, too, so we have time to chat. So that is the positive!

Yes, sometimes I have to do icky tests or have bloodwork, or get referred to another doctor there as well, and then we are there longer than we thought we would be. But, they know people are coming in from all over the country (and world I guess), so they really try to get you to do everything all at once. Doctors will just squeeze you in so you don't have to come back another time.
