Do you prove her with nesting materials? If so, what did you use? Are you providing her with mineral block, cuttle bone, etc?

Is this her first time laying eggs? They will do this sometimes when they start laying eggs for the very first time. They can be having egg binding issue from their very first egg. I've lost a female like that before. So she may have struggled to lay out the egg while she's on the perch and there goes the egg. IF it's her first time, give her another try cause she will get better.

she laid 4 more eggs in the nest box. But there problem is that they aren't incubating the eggs right. The female doesn't incubate at all and the male incubates during the day but at night he doesn't. The female doesn't incubate at night either will the eggs still hatch?

not sure if the eggs will still hatch but it sometimes takes them a time or two to get the hang of it. You may have to take the eggs and incubate them yourself and than handfeed if the babies hatch. If you try again with the same parents with the same results you may want to reconsider using them as breeders. Were they handraised or parent raised when you got them?

Jewels made a good point there! Try to leave a night light on as they may still go in to incubate! Its hard to say if they would hatch or not, just depends on how they were incubated....
