so here is a video of my 3 baby cockatiels.

the oldest one just turned 3 weeks today.
the littlest one is not even 2.5 weeks old.

I like to encourage my babies to step up at a really early age. Yes I could lift them out, but why fight with mother nature:rolleyes:
they naturally want to get into my hand when I place it in front of them, it also teaches them that hands are friendly:D:D

it's just their co-ordination that needs to be perfected;)

considering they had been plucked and were dehydrated when I pulled them just 5 days ago, they are doing very well.

Awww, so cute. Thanks for sharing, and how interesting they are stepping up so early. Love their orange patches.

I know Terry, people don't realize it at all.
usually around 3-4 weeks they attempt to try and perch. I don't force them to do anything early but I do encourage it. It never ceases to amaze me what they can do at their age.

the little baby is already climbing up onto the stuffies that I have in the brooder,so he can climb nice & high to get out first, ha ha.....just too darn cute if you ask me.

That is the cutest thing ever. I would do anything to have a clutch of cute, baby cockatiels like that! :)
