Well as you all know, i have an Asthma case in the house so i went out first and got an airpurifier.Got the bird and put it in the same room as the purifier only to find out that my mother who has asthma didnt have a problem at all.Me on the other hand had a weird reaction lol How ironic? Me buying all this stuff to make sure my mother wont have problem and finally turns out that i myself have problems lool i find it funny. Anyways, its not something i cant handle so i'm keeping the bird
Now to the bird. Its a light yellow cockatiel with an orange dot on its cheek so i guess its a male, coz i heard that males have a more obvious dot on the cheeks. I dont know if thats correct, but thats what i have heard.
The bird looks strong and healthy. But he is not used to humans and when i try to put my hand in the cage he will freak out.So i would like to have some guidance from you guys. Besides making him hungry and putting my hand in the cage with some food so he will get used to my hand, what should i do?
I figured i will let him just sit there for a couple of days to get familiar with the environment around him, and take it from there. Am i on the right track?
Thanks all
