Today we separated Cockatiels from the Budgies/Parakeets. :D

All threads pertaining to cockatiels that were previously in the Budgie/Parakeet (& Cockatiel) section have been moved. If you find threads that I missed, please let me know, ok? :)

A few of our tiels from Texas. Boo was our very first hatch (on Halloween) of last year from our first clutch! Sunny was hatched the very next day. Ziggy is our third tiel and is two years old. He is a laid back male. Auzzie, Buzz, and Harpor are cage mates. While Buzz is my all time favorite, Auzzie is a very sweet cinnamon pearl whiteface female. Harpor is the wild child. She was bought for us by our daughter but this bird was NOT hand feed or raised. While she now tolerates hands in the cage to feed her, one can forget picking her up or giving her stritches. In that sense, she is still wild.
