Last night I had a near heart attack when I heard my 'tiel crunching on something... for some reason I thought he was biting pieces off of his ceramic dish, but he was actually using the edge of it to help him break up his Zupreem Fruitblend pellets! I kinda had a feeling the larger "banana" shaped pieces were a bit too large (considering he picks around them/tosses them out) but I had no idea he was having trouble with the other colours as well. I wish I had noticed sooner. :11: Well, this bag of the medium cockatiel sized pellets has nearly been exhausted, so I think I'll give the parakeet sized pellets a go next time around.
