I noticed baby Coconut has TONS and tons of new feathers growing. It looks painful!
Tons of bloods feather shafts all over his body... even his crest... back, neck and chest.
Are these his adult feathers growing in?
He's isn't molting yet though.... I think he's almost 4 months old...
EDIT: It almost looks like the feathers he is growing in are dark grey?? I mean the very tip of the feathers sticking out of the shaft. I know the other dark parts are blood. I hope he doesn't lose his cinnamon coloring... does that ever happen?
