Baby not Hatching

HI there I have a cockatiel pair incubating eggs. First egg was laid on 5 Sep 2016 and in total laid 3 eggs. still today not even 1 egg is hatched shall i wait few more days or remove the eggs. The same pair laid 3 eggs before and 2 of them hatched with one red eye lutino and other one is normal pied.

I would wait.

I would wait at least a few more days. Normal incubation on cockatiel eggs is 18-21 days. So you are only 1 day over the longer "norm" on the first egg. Personally, I would probably wait until they start ignoring the eggs to remove them.

Are the eggs fertile? What day did they begin incubating? Are you monitoring the progress of the baby? Have any of them pipped? Are you tracking the humidity in the box?

Ok. Please try and find a way to measure the humidity inside the box. Always provide nesting pairs with a bowl to bathe in so they can self regulate to some extent.

You should be candling the eggs often; I candle mind at least once a day. You should teach your pair to get used to this. Mark each egg as it is laid and keep a detailed record of when each is laid and when the hen starts to sit. A few days before the egg is scheduled to hatch you should begin to candle every day if you aren't already. Watch for the baby to pip. Monitor the hatch as it progresses. If there is not enough humidity the membrane will dry out, glue the baby in place inside the egg, trapping, and killing him. If the baby isn't able to progress, you will need to step in and assist. However assisting even an hour too soon can kill the baby, as will waiting too long. Please do lots of research on the hatching process and the method of assist hatching. There is a lot of work that goes into raising cockatiels. Some people have tons of luck and never run into an issue; the rest of us have to research like crazy and work very hard to take care of these little lives. I have an egg hatching today; if it needs help I'll try to get a video of the process for you, but I am by NO MEANS an expert so please search out the expert instructions that exist on the Internet.

That would be helpful.i do put water but they dont seem to be interested in it. they just went near it when thirsty. By the way best of luck for the baby.

A sad reply. I candled eggs today in the morning when i got chance to sneak into the nest. All of them are clear white from inside one of them is having little yolk on one side only no red veins or mass visible. So that mean they are infertile.. What should i do now???

In that case leave them until the parents lose interest and then remove the nest box.
