Currently I have none, but I have the capacity to adopt a minimum and maximum of two budgies - preferably a bonded pair or two males.
I think Kaka is most probably a Clear Pied but I am still not sure because apparently there are lutino cockatiels who do not have red eyes.

Do any of you have Clear Pied cockatiels like shown in the link above or Lutinos with dark eyes?

How did you resolve the Identity:yellow1::yellow1::yellow1: crisis?

Black light.

If you have a female lutino, then her bars/spots will show up under a black light.

If adult male or clear pied, then no spots

Should still be able to tell under the right light though by looking at their eyes. Clear pieds will have brown eyes and lutinos will have something other than brown. Eyes may be dark, but they should still have a red glow or otherwise.

Hi Monica

Thanks for the response. When I see her eye closely (without a torch or back-light) he has a well defined iris. This is not there in albino budgies that I am familiar with. But I have seen on the net that lutinos can have different eyes.

Here is a photographs of a sideway profile. She also has yellow patches on her wings.
