Meet Cooks

This is Cooks, i am kinda sure she is a she and that she is a pearl, but please correct me if i am wrong, She has been part of the family sins late 2015 (apparently i thought it was only a year).

I have been moving slowly with building trust, her cage is round and very, very basic and very boring LOl, i have been slowly introducing new levels because it is very tall. I also adding and removing items. Either she is just fearfull or have a particular taste.

Cooks stays outdoors during the day and sleeps inside during the night, she has made friends with the local wild birds and seems to enjoy having a chat with them, she also has a Morkie sister that acts as a body guard when the locals get out of hand.

Re: Meet Cooks

Welcome to the community! Cooks is a very gorgeous Cockatiel...If you could take a photo of Cooks showing the underside of the tail, we can tell you Cooks gender...actually from what I can see in that photo, Cooks appears to be a male to me...

Re: Meet Cooks

I think Cook is a cinnamon pearl but I could be wrong.
Horizontal bands on the underside of her tail would indicate she is female.

Re: Meet Cooks

Even though my JoJo , is a DNA tested male, she claims still a female! And demands that recognition!
