2 umbrella Cockatoos One male named Cooper and female named Baby 1 Little Corella male named Frankie and have 5 Cockatiels three named Male named Pepper, Fiesco for the female and female named Wylie.
I received two more Cockatiels today from a friend that a breeder and was already looking for another male. Today he stop by with 2 male Cockatiels that about 8 months old. Using a spare Prevue 3153BLK cage I had it measure about 5/8 bar spacing 0.620 to 0.599 and a little less. It not 3/4 bar spacing as they claim, which is good in this case. Hence why I like Prevue. Prevue I learned never put exact specs of cage and always under what they claim. Only King cages are pretty close to actual specs as 3/4 is 0.750, or very close to it. Using this cage temporary as they will after being quarantine for a while and properly introduced will be going in with my others. Then again I might just keep one of them with my other female that getting single out by the other two that paired up in this cage since it nice and large.

I was trying to think of names for them as they are both males and if anyone known a good flight cage with horizontal and vertical bars with around 1/2 bar spacing that wide let me know? I will take better pictures of them once I get them settle in as they are to stress out right now.

Here a better view of them, now that they trust me enough to let me near cage and starting to eat and play. Had to let them settle in for a couple of days.

Oh, they are so cute! Someday I hope to run into another cockatiel that my girl likes and then she wouldn’t be so outnumbered by conures (she has her own cage, but has to listen to conures all the time). I think the boys look like Jupiter and Mercury to me - no idea why, just what came to mind when I looked at them :). Approximately what size of cage are you looking for recommendations on? Mine are very large flight cages, but I absolutely love them, and they have small bar spacing.

Well, they look like they know each other and are comfortable being around each. So, you may want to look for a name set for a couple of guys and history has tons to choose from.

I looking for one that at least 64 inches wide will work as wall is about 6 feet wide and around looking for a cage that about 35 deep, bar spacing 1/2 inch, but trying to get one with horizontal and vertical bars. I guess they built most flight cages with vertical bars for visibility, instead of climbing. :)

Yep they know each other, even though from different clutch they grew up together and reason the breeder friend gave me both instead of just the one male was originally looking for. They are already starting to whistle more and play and more importantly eat as was worry the other day as they were really stressed out and not eating, but don't blame them.

Mine love these cages - they have both horizontal and vertical bars, you can divide or leave them as one big flight cage. I have 2 (one divided and one being used as a flight cage). https://www.birdscomfort.com/large-cage-for-small-birds.html

Well I can say that my experience with these has been good - they are solid, nicely made, well designed, and heavy-as-sin. I love them because they are huge, and they are on wheels so can be moved (with help).

Cockatiel during better and not really afraid of me anymore. I been cleaning the cage pretty much daily on purpose, so they get use to my hand being in cage and seeing me a lot. I been leaving door open as well, so let them come out.

Now they at the point of letting my hand pretty my touch them while cleaning without them freaking out and will stay continue to do what they were doing. Next thing is going to put millet in hand and hope they take it and then try to get them hopefully out of cage to teach step up. Thankfully they are no longer hissing at me.

The albino tiel naming Spike the Lutino still not sure yet? Thinking Mercury sound nice and easy for him to remember. Will more then likely get them DNA tested once older.

They definitely are more happy as started to puff out and make a huge mess and one is starting to try to talk and one loves to try to whistle thinking he saying hello baby as say that to my Cockatoo named baby, but can't quite make it out yet.

Do have a nice large flight cage coming in about a month time, so they can fly around in a large wide and tall cage without having to worry about them getting into stuff, while I am at work.

Bowls are going as they tend to sit on them, going to switch them to auto feeders like I did my other tiels and start using bowl only for wet fresh food.
