So, Apollo has been doing "bat wings" a lot lately (i've heard it referred to as that but idk if that's what it's actually called, picture bellow)

What does it mean??

(not my picture but everytime Apollo sees my phone she drops what she's doing)

My previous cockatiel Kang would do that, usually off the edge of my dining table when we had dinner guests, she’d flip over and show off her fluffy butt to them. Other than just expressing her youthful exuberance I don’t think it meant a whole lot more :)

Nice to see 'ol Baxx groovin' on her shower Jon :D
Amy does the same thing.

BTW...the suction cup perch thingie..has it ever lost it's grip with Baxter or Tucker on it? I had one once and it was very unreliable:mad: Poor Amy fell more than once because of that P.O.S! Should have seen the look on his face (AND MINE!) when it happened. Being wet AND not knowing how to fly scared us both. Now she has a death grip on his perch stick!

I have had suction cup perch fall of.
I have had it stuck to 2 different windows. Cleaned both surfaces before putting it on. Wet suction cup but they always fall.

I finally gave up on it.
Bella does not like getting wet in the shower and is fine sitting in the window sill or on the shower door.

Bingo likes the shower door and I can hold him on my hand and get him wet with indirect spray from the shower head.
Bingo is a bit to wide (fat) to comfortably sit in the window sill.

I had a outdoor bird feeder that attached to the window. It held up very well but even sparrows and finches scared my Cockatiels.

Nope, so far, no problems with it coming loose. I check it before I put them on it, but in fact, I have left it stuck to the shower wall for a week and it stays firmly attached. This one came with Tucker and all his stuff, and they both love it. Baxter took a few showers on my shoulder/arm before she decided the perch was acceptable. Now she knows she can hang from it... I've created a monster.

Side note... Does Amy do the "Amazon Prayer" in the shower? It's one of the cutest things I've ever seen.
