Still call them
It looks like a crop burn, and infection.
It could burst open leaving a hole from the outside to the inside of the birds crop.
Or it's done other kind of infected
It's very serious, you must call around for help.
As your baby could die.
The only thing going I can suggest , is to add a few drops of betadine to warm water, the disk a wash cloth in it, abd hold in area for a few minutes 3 or 4 times a day. Warm compress has a history of helping infected. But it won't be enough to cure. And adding the compress, might help the infection burst out, which you would have to clean and be careful with.
I'm just a person on the internet, I can't see your bird in person, I'm not a vet. You really need a vet. There is no way around that with what you have going on. Call around on Monday
