tips on harness training a cockatiel

Hi I recently ordered a harness on Etsy for my tiel (she's been sitting by the window and chirping at the birds outside) and I was wondering how people harness train their birds. Any tips?

Sure! Harnesses are the go-to if you want to take your bird out without a carrier or cage.
