I wish I could rescue her.... :(

At Bird Paradise there was a salmon crested too. When I walked over to him he put his head down for a scratch. I finally got him to step up on to me and then he cuddled on my shoulder.... He wouldnt get off of me!! I had never hold a too before and he was soo adorable...

No way.... My mom would NEVER let me get a 'too even for maybe a week while they find a good home.
edit: I also notice their food and water isnt full
edit again: the bird in the back looks salmon crested and severely plucked.

I don't even like toos and I want to rescue these babies.

I have a Santa Cruz Cal. Cage. Not big enough for a too, but at least its clean and has food and water!!!!!

You might report her to the ASPCA. Those photos alone are evidence of neglect.

Wow that U2 looked a little rough. But living in those conditions, I can understand why. I have been to homes of folks selling their birds and their homes were well kept and very neat. But then you go into a room where they keep their birds and it's like what the heck happened. Stuff all over the floors, walls, cages filthy and the owners/sellers with no shame at all.

I would probably want to buy that bird too, but I've got too big of a heart some times. This is where my wife comes in, she keeps me from bringin every stray home that I come across.

Once, years ago, I was on my way to work and passed by a Beagle dog laying on the side of the road. I thought it was dead, but as I passed by it, he raised his head up like he was asking me to stop. So I did and could see where he had been hit by a car several hours before and his hips looked crushed and yet the dog was trying to get up. This literally broke my heart. I scooped the dog up and drove him home and asked my wife who was off at the time if she could run the dog to the vet and see what could be done since I was already quite late for work at that point.

Well, long story longer, she took the dog to the nearest vet, which was like an hour away from us. The vet couldn't do anything for the dog and since it wasn't our dog, he wouldn't put the dog to sleep without the owners permission. My wife pleaded with him and paid him $100.00 to put the poor dog out of it's misery. Back in the mid-70's $100.00 was over a weeks pay for me.

So needless to say, she not too keen on me picking up strays.
