i read a post from this forum the other day showing people clearly what fruits a parrot can have and how to blend fruits into a puree and freeze in ice cube trays ?
has any1 ever done this or does it ? i'm buying fruits not from the store and they go off before i get to use them . so i supose doing this and freezing them will make the fruits last much longer while frozen. and just take 2 each day and give to parrot ..

does any1 know which post im talking about i cant seem to find it now

If you want to give your bird frozen fruit you can buy bags of it instead of trying to puree something. Then you can defrost it under warm water to warm it up some. I think that would be better then a cold mush of an ice cube.

That being said, on hot days, frozen grapes are a great treat! :)

seems a good idea to puree it in a blender. reading it over a few different websites. once its melted in a pot it will be a smoothie type liquid . gonna give it a try i think but will also keep eye out for frozen fruit as well thanks
