He is not whining.
He doesn't like his harness yet, but he does like being outside.
He still sticks close and wont try and fly so I can try out the harness when he is in flight.
I wont push it, coz I don't want him trying to fly off my shoulder when outside.
I will just let it happen when it happens, and hope I put the harness on right.
Its tricky, but its comfy for the bird when Its fitted right.
