Hi Mare...
Didn't get him yet. He is still with his breeder, who by the way is awesome. Those pictures were taken at the breeders home. We drove 3 hours for a visit. There were 3 Goffin babies and this guy and my Gio bonded right away. He was so sweet and so interested in Gio it was awesome. He is on 2 feedings now and just started nibbling on pellets. We talk weekly and get milestone updates. But August 1st is our 'possible' date to bringnhimmhme. Thing is if he isn't ready Tom keeps him longer and after reading everything I don't want him rushed or force weaned. In the meantime we dream and fantasize, and overdose on YouTube and this forum for our bird-fix!

Chico is a cutie patottie! So is your son.
Thanks so much! Gio is so intrigued with birds...animals in general. He is my little genius but such a nurturer. He is in love. He was telling Chico "I bought you a play stand and I'm going to play with you everyday..." when it was time to leave my little guy cried and Chico was stretching his little neck looking over his little box and started squawking, it was like he was upset the visit was over too. They cuddled and were both so content. It was really amazing.
I share all your photos with Gio he loved your video the other night...send more anytime! We do bird school every night.
