I have noticed a Murray Magpie comes down to feed when ever the Professor walks outside. I am not sure if its safer to eat when the Professor is about, but now that the Professor comes and goes as he pleases, I noticed that when he goes outside and grazes, he builds up a following of wild birds that gather around him. This one Murray magpie is getting closer and closer each day, and I suspect they have come to an understanding. I would love to see them become friends. a straight beak and a curved, living in harmony. Its just like Romeo and Juliet.

I would be rather cautious letting The Professor around wild birds, you never know what kind of "yuckies" those wild ones have, or just how aggressive they might be over one food source ...
