I got my beloved birds out this Morning, one on his perch, one on my shoulder.
I take Professor with me into the bathroom for a shower, put him on his "bathroom perch". I run a hot steaming shower, get in, spray the professor with water. As I often do, I splash water on him, and today, he has one of his temper tantrums and storms out of the bathroom. I finish my shower, and then wrapped in a towel, I go looking for the Professor. I note that he is very quiet.that's usually a bad sign.
So is the Professor up to good?
Oh yes he is.
has the Professor discovered the upholstery buttons on Debbies 70 year old art Deco lounge suite?
mmmm, indeed he has!
Has he spent the last ten minutes ripping out as many upholstery buttons as he could?
oh yes.
Was Red Immediately furious and scared of Debbie at the same time?
OOOHHHH yes.
Did Red Race across the room to stop him ripping out more buttons from Debbies 70 year old art deco lounge suite?
Of course he did.
Were there Many many upturned upholstery buttons from Debbie's 70 year old lounge suite all over the floor??
Naturally.
So did Red, while screaming abuse at the professor, wrapped in a towel, step on many many upturned upholstery buttons with feet, straight from a hot steaming shower.
Abso-bloody-lutly.
While I am picking upholstery tacks out of my feet, did the Professor stop ripping upholstery tacks from Debbie's 70 year old art Deco lounge suite?
No,......No he didn't, as it happens.
And even better, Cindy will say is was my fault for leaving him unattended, and I wont wont be able to give her a snappy reply,... coz she will be right.
And its not yet 10.30 am.
Where can I rent an upholstery hammer?
