My lil sweet heart

It's about time that I have posted a pic of Charlie,
GEDC0042.jpg

He is a total sweet heart. At his last home he wasn't handled at all and was never given time outside of his cage. He comes up to my hand and wants to be given scratches. He loves being outside of his cage.

Doesn't he look so sweet?

I might change his name, not sure to what but do you think it would be better for him? I know his last owner use to shout at him and tell him to shut up. And if so any suggestions? I am dead awful at naming anything.

Ash... He is absolutely beautiful! It`s been a week since you got him roughly? Wow I am actually speechless. He trust you enough already to be touched. He will be your best friend forever.
You did a wonderful thing taking a chance on this little man and he will repay you each and everyday. They are clowns, so enjoy every second of it.

This photo made my day :)

(oh yes...and if you want to rename him, make sure it's not a totally different name. Get something that sounds similar to Charlie)

Yes roughly a week. It seems like he is truly happy with my family. He does seem to like me more than the others. He was starting to dance with my sister. It was extremely cute :D

I am starting to see his personality and I can't wait to see more of it.

If I just have my hand out near him he would just walk up to my hand and try to make me give him a scratch.

I am glad you liked the photo : )
It's very hard to get a decent photo of a white bird as the flash makes him impossible to see. I am going to try and get more decent pics but its so hard.

I can't wait till his feathers on his head grows back, that's if it ever does.

And thank you :)
I truly trust him as well.

All I can say I never knew how soft cockatoo's were. :p

Hehehe He looks sweet without the feathers! Like a little bandit, Charlie the beloved bandit...
Just wait until you and him trust each other enough for him to cuddle... Ooooh your nose can get lost in all those fluffy feathers (and if this doesn't sound to weird, they smell awesome )

Hehe he does look very sweet even with no feathers. It doesn't bother me too much. He does kind of look like a bandit. My sister thinks he looks like a vulture though D:
I just love him the way he is.

Hehe I really can't wait for him to want to cuddle with me. I wouldn't mind my nose getting lost in all those feathers. :p

I will keep updating on his progress :)

Your post has brought tears to my eyes! What a wonderful bird and bless you for taking him in and giving him a chance at the life that he deserves. It seems the bird was waiting for you. How pleased you must be!!!

American Bulldog Mix,
Charming or charmer sounds close to charlie. Plus seems like it'd fit him well.

Thank you :)

I will probably end up calling him both Chamer and Charming. You know for a nick name :p

I bet once you get to know your lil guy and know his personality it will be easier to find a name :D
