Hi all,
I'm just interested in advice regarding a suitable cage for a Sulfur Crested Cockatoo. I'm about to inherit one that's been in a fully roofed avairy 2.5 x 2.5 metres for the past 3 years.
I'm organising to get a purpose built avairy at our home of about 5 x 3 metres with a covered section and uncovered section. But this won't occur for about 6 weeks. I'll need to house Cocky in a suitable cage in the mean time till we get this built.
What I'd like to ask, those who are FAR more experienced than I, is which cage would you recommend for the transition period? Where is a good place to get one from? What should I avoid? What's your experience and suggestions?
