Honestly I'd have to say non of those make a good pet, cockatoos are one of the hardest of parrots to keep emotionally stable and mentally healthy. They can also deliver some of the worst bites.
I understand they are all difficult hence I went with a Amazon. I find cockatoos to be so beautiful and while galahs are adorable, I like the ones with the crests.
Galahs are cute, I have seen them in person, very cuddly.
I guess when I was a kid I had a stuffed animal of a sulfur crested so I have always been partial to them. I still have the thirty something year old toy.
Out of those three you've mentioned I would say the Lesser Sulphur Crested to be the better pick! My Dixie is a Lesser Sulphur Crested and she's the sweetest bird ever! Just do understand what everyone else says is true about Cockatoos as they're not just a bird for anyone to handle, they can be problematic. IF you do ever decide to get a Lesser Sulphur Crested, just make sure you care for it right as they're a critically endangered specie. IF I must one day, I would give Dixie up to them for the purpose of breeding to preserve their specie. I love her enough to know that's the best thing to do for their specie.
