Unhappy Umbrella cockatoo loves my mother

My mom tried to start a bird business over 10 years ago which didn't work out, so I ended up buying a umbrella cockatoo named lil bird. At first she was so friendly my boyfriend and I too her everywhere and she loved every one. Then boyfriend and I split. A few years later I joined the Air Force and have left the bird with my mother, because of all the traveling. Finally I got married and have 2 kids. I've been staying with my mother for a bit while my family is transitioning to a new place. She went on vacation for 2 weeks and it has just been my kids, lil bird and me. Lil bird has been fantastic not screaming much
Or biting any of us. Then my mom comes home and lil bird instantly starts biting me and screaming. I know birds attach themselves to one person, but how can we get lil bird to love everyone again and not just obsess about my mother when she's around?
