Hi! We were really hesitant to take Knuckles into the shower, because she's the Panic MASTER. So while cleaning up the kitchen yesterday morning, I brought her perch close to the sink. She seemed pretty interested with the water, so we figured "why not?"

We got the spray bottle (Birdy Schpritzer) and misted above her head. I don't know if she ever had a thoroughly soaking bath. The water beaded up on her feathers. She LOVED it, and started to spread her wings, and enjoy herself.. so I took her into the shower, and my boyfriend took these photos.... of Knuckles, not me!!

Sweet! She looks like she's having a ball! Funny, she's actually a lot bigger than I'd realized. Your other pics made her seem significantly smaller, somehow. Or maybe it's just me?

Anyhow, you are a braver person than I, Michele. I just know my Bixby would lose his ever loving mind if I ever tried putting him under a shower! Lol! Especially since the little stinker is less than fond of baths at the moment as is.

Thanks for sharing. Have there been any more biting incidents, btw? Or was that just an isolated occurrence?

She seemed to enjoy it!

She has not bitten me again....thank goodness. I'm still really cautious because it hurt, and came out of nowhere. She does have a crazy obsession with picking at any dry skin on my hands though, and it's frustrating, because when I want her to step up, she will just pick at me instead :/

She looks like she is having a blast - and the picture quality is amazing! She is such a stunning girl.
So happy that there have been no more bites as well:)
